The Beauty Op is a beauty cooperative comprised of independent artists providing luxury beauty services. This cooperative beauty space is not only a full-service lash, wax and thread studio but it is also the place to help incubate emerging beauty artists. Our goal at The Beauty Op is to provide a beauty opportunity to both clients and artists alike - clients will find artists of all skill levels, with prices to fit every budget, and artists will find the option to work independently or under an apprenticeship, depending on skill level.

As a minority-owned and operated salon, our mission is to make beauty accessible to everyone. We work with many bilingual lash artists who speak both English and Spanish, and all of our lash and beauty artisans are licensed by the Minnesota Board of Cosmetology because your health and safety are our top priority.

Located just ten minutes from Minneapolis/St.Paul airport, and within a 15 mile radius of most major cities, The Beauty Op is easily accessed via public transportation. Parking is available on the rear side of the building. In the event that no parking is available in the lot, clients are welcome to park on W 7th Street, directly in front of the salon building. The Beauty Op is located on the rear side of the building.
