Scheduling an Appointment


When scheduling an appointment with us you will be asked for your credit card to hold the appointment as well as your full name, phone number, and email so we can send you appointment reminders. Those without a credit card are invited to try us out on a walk-in basis.

Walk Ins


We do our best to accommodate walk in clients, but we are generally busy and our schedules more than often do not have room to fit walk-ins. We do however take last minute appointments, so please check out our online booking first or give us a call and we would love to schedule you!


Rescheduling and Cancellations


We strive to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments during our peak times. In order to do so, we have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. We understand that life happens - if you will be late or will not be able to make your appointment, please contact our studio ahead of time. We reserve the right to refuse service if clients arrive more than 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment time and will be recorded as a no show and charged accordingly. Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy and any credit card that you have on file will be automatically charged, according to the policy below:


Last Minute Cancellations, and no show appointments will be charged 50% of total service cost at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation fees, and/or no show fees are non-refundable. We are an appointment-based business with skilled artists who schedule their day according to your requested services. Thank you for your understanding.
